ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER
The Role:
• Assist in the completion of architectural project designs, including concept design, rendering, and con-struction drawing drafting.
• Possess strong communication abilities and team spirit; effectively communicate with the team, providing timely feedback and solving design issues.
Skills & Experience:
• Proficient in design software such as Revit and CAD.
• Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Understanding of architectural design processes and relevant regulations.
• Good team spirit and strong communication skills.
• Min 1 Year experience with local projects.
INTERIOR DESIGNER
The Role:
• Responsible for the design and management of projects, planning and designing according to client re-quirements, and providing complete design solutions.
• Utilize 3D modeling, rendering, model making, and other tools to refine design schemes, and assist in com-pleting design and reporting tasks.
• Implement the work details of the design team, allocate tasks rationally and efficiently, and complete design tasks according to milestones.
Skills & Experience:
• Familiar with various 2D/3D software such as Rhino, SketchUp, and capable of rendering visual effects
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in interior design or related fields.
• Capable of developing design schemes and detailed drawings, with strong skills in construction drawing elaboration; experience in coordinating on construction sites is preferred.
• Possesses good artistic and architectural aesthetics, familiar with drafting standards, construction process-es, procedures, and the application of decorative materials.
• Min 3 Years experience in Interior Design industry.
